Finneas tells conservatives to ‘Shut the f— up!’ after Alex Pretti killing

Finneas O’Connell, Grammy Award-winning producer and brother of Billie Eilish, slammed conservatives on social media for what he called a hypocritical response to the fatal shooting of Alex Pretti by a federal agent.

His remarks came after Pretti, 37, was shot and killed by a federal immigration agent in Minneapolis on Saturday. The incident was the second fatal shooting involving a federal officer this month.

In a fiery video, O’Connell criticized conservatives who routinely accept school shootings as a toll on Second Amendment rights but now point to Pretti’s legal firearm to justify his murder.

“The conservative argument for allowing school shootings to continue has always boiled down to: ‘We should protect the Second Amendment, we should let people carry guns,'” O’Connell said.

“Oh, some little kids die, that’s okay with them. It’s an incredibly convincing argument,” he continued. “Every argument I saw yesterday for why Alex Pretti’s death was justified was like, ‘Well, he had a gun.’ Shut up—shut up! You told us for 30 years that children had to die before we were legally allowed to carry guns.”

“This man was being beaten until he was crushed on the ground,” the producer said. “He didn’t draw his gun. He legally had a gun on him and they shot and killed him. So shut up!

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is investigating whether Border Patrol agents thought they were being fired on.

O’Connell’s spokesperson did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.
