Israel releases shocking video exposing Hamas beatings and executions of Palestinians in Gaza

New footage released by Israel shows Hamas militants in Gaza continuing a brutal campaign of beatings and executions against Palestinians, despite claims that the sentences have ended.
Following international outrage over a video showing militants publicly executing seven so-called “collaborators” in Gaza City, the Israeli Foreign Ministry has shared further disturbing material from inside the Gaza Strip.
Latest footage shows suspected Hamas gunmen dragging a man down the street and kicking him as he screams in pain. One of the attackers shot the man in the leg and torso, while another terrified man burst into tears.
While Hamas tries to reassert its authority during the ongoing ceasefire with Israel, militants continue their violent attacks against captured individuals.
“We call on all media outlets to provide appropriate coverage of this threat to regional security,” the ministry said in X alongside the graphic video, which was later removed. “Responsible journalism must shed light on this issue.”
The State Department described Hamas as the “terrorist state that controls Gaza” and accused it of oppressing its own people to regain control. The content shows masked warriors brutally beating an injured man with sticks, forcing him back onto the street when he tried to find a place to hide.
In a separate clip, the ministry challenged strong supporters of Palestine defending Hamas, asking: “Where are you? All these loud voices, preachers of morality, homosexuals who are gay for Palestine… are these your freedom fighters?”
Although Hamas has denied mistreating Gaza citizens, channels affiliated with the group have aired videos of Palestinians being shot or violently punished for alleged violations such as stealing aid, using drugs, or cooperating with Israel.
The Israel Defense Forces also shared a video on channel X on Wednesday that read: “Meet the Arrow Unit: Hamas’s brutal enforcers silence anyone who dares to speak.”

Palestinian Mohammed told Times of Israel: “The situation is frightening. We started to see random killings from the moment the ceasefire started (on October 10). It spreads fear among Gazans and unfortunately it still continues. There are armed men who will kill you for alleged cooperation or for reasons you do not know.”
Recently, family members of Hisham al-Saftavi reported that he was killed in his home by Hamas-affiliated gunmen. Mohammed confirmed the attack and said that the incident took place in front of Saftawi’s children.
“They didn’t give an excuse,” he said, accusing Hamas of acting without justification.
The images and testimonies are part of a harsh crackdown by Hamas members who killed at least 33 of their opponents during the latest attempt to control Gaza. Reports suggest that most of those killed were from the powerful Doghush tribe, one of Hamas’ main enemies. According to a family elder, the Doğmuş district was surrounded by Hamas operatives using mortars and RPGs.
While the Trump administration warned that these beatings and executions violated the ceasefire, the US State Department warned: “If Hamas continues this attack, measures will be taken to protect the people of Gaza and the integrity of the ceasefire.”
Mr. Trump initially appeared to support Hamas’ efforts to crack down on violent gangs, but later warned the group to stop attacks on civilians or face the deployment of international troops.
On Tuesday, Mr. Trump threatened that the end of Hamas would be “QUICK, FURIOUS and HARMFUL,” claiming that many Middle Eastern allies were ready to intervene to “fix Hamas” if its violent behavior continued.
