BRS ridicules Uttam’s argument on operating Kalwakurthy lift, Kannepally PH

Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), Irrigation Minister N. Uttam Kumar Redy, observed that it is not possible to lift water from the Medigadda dam due to the sinking of the piers and that the decision side was not willing, but the decision side is not willing.

Speaking at a party meeting here on Monday, former Irrigation Minister T. Harish Rao accused Mr. Uttam Kumar of opening Kalwakurthy engines ‘auspicious’ time, Andhra Pradesh, Pothirreddypadu Head Regulator.

Mr. Uttam asked the Reddy to prove that he had allocated 65 TMC FT from the EP during the last water year, because the state government has not been able to benefit from Krishna water share for the first time since the formation of the state. While opening the engines of the Kannepally pump house of Medigadda, a lakh cusecs flood water passes through the pump house and that it was not necessary to stop/storage the water in the dam to remove water from Kannepally.

Separately, another former minister V. Prashanth Redy, BRS’nin cannepally pump house demand for the request to pass the motors of the pump house and the sinking of some piers in the Medigadda dam, the minimum flow of 93.5 meters in the river can be removed from the cannepal, he said. It was currently flowing at about 96 meters.

Kannepally and the other two upstairs pump pump house to work in Medigadda’da said there is no need to store water. A few reservoirs, small irrigation tanks and control bundles of Kaleshwaram elevator irrigation project can be filled with water with the link I and II.

Mr. Prashanth Redy, on the allegation that Mr. Uttam Reddy provided 283 lakh tons of paddy production last year, tried to know if it was possible without building any new projects or without completing a project waiting or releasing any reservoir.
