CNN’s Jake Tapper on Friday was incredulous that Homeland Security officials advised the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to avoid using the word “ice” as it continues to inform the public about upcoming major winter storms to avoid encouraging comparisons with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
