Rs 524.70 Crore Sanctioned to Complete Quarters for MLAs, MLCs and AIS Officers in Amaravati

Vijayawada: In an important step towards the development of the Aaravati Başkent region, the municipal administration and the Urban Development (CRDA) department gave the administrative sanction of 524.70 RS to complete the settlement neighborhoods for MLAs, MLCs and all Indian services officers near NELAPADU.

On Sunday, on Sunday, architectural coatings, internal and external electrical works, plumbing and sanitary fittings, fire -fighting systems, elevators, diesel generator sets, HVAC, security systems, external development and landscaping.

The project consists of 432 apartments in 18 multi -storey towers (S+12 times) determined for selected representatives and civil servants. The studies will be discussed under a collective bargaining system with a two -year defect obligation.

The government also approved the APCRDA Commissioner’s act of inviting and concluding tenders based on the authority decision of 467/2024 dated 16 October 2024.
