Jaylen Brown sounds like a ‘sore loser’ after blaming Embiid for Celtics’ collapse

The lights were too bright for the Boston Celtics, and one of their All-Star players started pointing everywhere but at himself.
After Boston lost a 3-1 series lead to Philadelphia, Jaylen Brown He went from calling out Sixers center Joel Embiid to targeting the media for his stupid post-game comments on livestream.

By labeling Embiid “incompetent,” Brown suggested he deceived both the authorities and the series’ coverage. While his comments attracted attention due to Embiid not revealing his name, Brown turned to X to give up his idea.
“Flooding on clickbait media is like exaggerating contact. You’re all safe here,” he wrote.

Most embarrassingly, these words came after Boston failed to close out the series with three chances; This includes Game 7 at home against a 76ers team that played half the game without its MVP.

Critics came out to criticize Brown, including former teammate Jeff Teague, who turned down “The Rich Eisen Show.”
“I think it’s a sore loser,” Teague admitted. “You were up 3-1. You had ample opportunity to win a game and take control.”
Brown also raised eyebrows by calling the season his “favourite year”, a poor comment after his first-round exit.

Stephen A. Smith made this point on ESPN First Take.
“You’re getting paid over $300 million. You’re up 3-1. Did you say anything then? No,” Smith said. “That’s not why the Celtics lost… they just played stupid basketball lately.”
Brown was certainly a part of Boston’s demise. In the closing minutes of Game 7, Boston settled for six consecutive three-point attempts instead of attacking the rim.

Kendrick Perkins summarized the issue as follows: Road Trip The 76ers “got into the crib bed, their shoes were covered in mud, and they put their feet on the coffee table.”
Brown’s criticisms of Embiid and the media now sit alongside a series in which Boston had three chances to advance and failed each time.
