Jennifer Stallone blames Hollywood parenting for more transgender kids

Jennifer Stallone, wife of action star Sylvester Stallone, has a theory about why children with famous mothers and fathers seem more likely to identify as transgender than others, and that it depends on their parenting style.

“Why do you think so many kids in Hollywood right now, and children of famous parents, are transgender?” In an excerpt obtained by Fox News Digital, “Katie Miller Podcast” host Katie Miller asked Stallone: ”Is there something in the Hollywood water?”

“I think Hollywood is all about expression,” Stallone replied. “So, it’s whatever you want to express yourself. If you feel like a cat today, you’re a cat. And that’s very loose. I don’t think we really understand that these kids aren’t our accessories. They’re little humans who need structure. And structure is really important to them because it helps their brains organize everything.”

She added that growing up in a Hollywood household, there was “too much of everything” and not enough direct parenting.

“And I think there’s really no structure to growing up in a Hollywood household because it goes on, you’ve got private planes and you’ve got giant houses with chefs and secretaries and assistants and, you know, cleaners and nannies,” she said. “And it’s all just too much. For a little person, it gets really confusing. And it’s okay what you decide to be as an adult. But just raise them with common sense. I mean, my girls were tomboys. They preferred to wear trousers rather than dresses, you know. And they loved sports. But I never said, ‘oh, you’re a boy now.’ “I just said, ‘You like working out, you like hanging out with guys, that’s great.'”
