John Cena reveals shock new look as he gushes about the results of his latest cosmetic surgery procedure
John Cena is quickly continuing his hair transplant journey after wrestling fans bullied him for his thinning mane.
The actor and WWE star, 49, shaved his head this week for the next stage of his follicular unit extraction procedure.
Cena met Dr. Cena in a photo shared on social media on Monday. He showed off his bald head while posing next to Ken Anderson.
She captioned the photo: “Round 2 of FUE treatment and this time I did everything to get the best results possible.”
‘Thank you @KenAndersonMD and the staff at Anderson Hair Center for accompanying me on this journey!’
Dr. Anderson responded to the post: ‘Always great to see you mate.’

Cena had his first hair transplant in November 2024, after wrestling fans held cruel signs mocking his hair loss.
Speaking to People magazine about the ordeal last year, Cena admitted that he desperately tried to hide his balding head from fans, only to be ridiculed in return.
In an interview with The Pat McAfee Show last April, the 17-time WWE world champion likened the experience to “bullying.”
‘You sing, you make me feel small and you embarrass me… You don’t know what it’s like,’ he said.
‘This is clearly bullying. This is not nice. ‘I don’t like this,’ he continued.
‘So thank you for pushing me to have surgical hair replacement. ‘You’re pushing me this far.’
He also described his hair loss as “a genetic condition that I can’t control.”

Cena currently holds the No. 1 movie title on Netflix with his new comedy Little Brother.
The film, which also stars comedian Eric André, tells the story of a famous real estate agent whose perfect life is turned upside down when an eccentric friend from school reappears.

The WWE legend recently retired from professional wrestling after having his final match against Gunther on WWE’s Saturday Night Main Event.
Although Cena has retired from in-ring performance, he still works as an announcer for WWE.
