Jordan Pickford’s wife Megan squeezes into her 7-year-old son’s England shirt after airline lost her suitcase ahead of the Three Lions’ first World Cup match

Jordan Pickford’s wife Megan was forced to borrow her son’s England jersey after losing his bag en route to the Three Lions’ first World Cup match.

WAGs traveled to Dallas for England’s first group match against Croatia in the hope of starting the 2026 season in style.

On Instagram Stories, Megan shared a photo of herself wearing her son Arlo’s child-size shirt after complaining that the airline had lost her luggage.

Like many WAGs, the mother-of-three appeared to have brought some of her designer accessories and made her mini Birkin bag visible on her hotel bed.

He added the following caption to the post: ‘I arrived in America… my luggage did not arrive. ‘Can I wear my seven-year-old son’s jersey in the match tonight or not?’

Megan also shared a video about the series on TikTok with the title: ‘My top 5 horror stories…

‘We are coming to America for the World Cup. My suitcase did not arrive. Now I’m sharing my seven-year-old’s set. My husband is playing tonight. ‘The airline has not yet responded to when my case will arrive.’

Instagram star Megan, who assumes ‘mother hen’ status with other WAGS and often hosts pre-match parties, said she runs to Boots or TJ Maxx to grab a spare pair of jeans.

He said: ‘I was in Dallas, I asked the taxi driver where I could buy jeans and he said they had boots or TJ Maxx.’

Striker Ollie Watkins’ wife Ellie Anderson also backed him, describing it as his ‘worst nightmare’ and adding: ‘Don’t worry, I’ve got three suitcases full, I’m coming to the rescue.’

Leading the WAGs to America, Ellie admitted the long-haul flight “was going to be chaos” due to her two young children and traveling with a “ridiculous” amount of luggage.

WAGs descended on Dallas on Wednesday and took part in a lively atmosphere ahead of Thomas Tuchel’s side kicking off the campaign.

Their arrival comes hours after England fans were kicked out of local pubs during a wild night of partying for traveling fans.

Local police entered the Londoner Pub in Dallas well before 2 a.m. to mobilize fans.

England fans were shirtless, dancing on tables and enjoying cheap drinks ahead of the Three Lions’ first match of the World Cup against Croatia on Wednesday.

And British fans didn’t just invade bars in Texas as they took over the rodeo on Tuesday.

Megan also shared a video about the series on TikTok with the title: ‘My top 5 horror stories…’

Dozens of die-hard Three Lions fans boarded the last flight out of London on Tuesday to attend tonight’s opening match against Croatia.

England’s Group L campaign begins with a tough task in Arlington, where their opponents are ranked 11th in the world. They defeated the Three Lions in the semi-finals of the 2018 tournament in Russia.

As the team continues to work through their final training sessions, Ellie took to TikTok on Tuesday to give some insight into their preparations.

The influencer said she overpacked as she stood in front of three suitcases of her own clothes and admitted she had more luggage for her children.

He said: ‘We are going to America today. We have so much luggage it’s ridiculous. But I basically packed everything I could possibly need because I didn’t want to buy anything extra there.

‘For example, I have everything I need. I don’t want to waste money and spend on extra copies, so there are three suitcases.

‘I know this seems a bit extreme but I don’t know how long we’ll be there so I’m trying to be prepared and hopefully we can fit in a little family holiday afterwards. I’ve prepared a few things for this just in case.’

Ellie added: ‘I try to carry as little as possible because it will just create chaos. Two kids, 100 suitcases, extra carry-on bags.’

The couple, who got married in May 2025 and live in Birmingham, They have two children: Amara, four, and Marley, three.

Ellie went on to share what was in her Chanel travel bag. Because she ‘didn’t want to be a bloated mess,’ the products ranged from lip balms to eye creams, face masks, electrolytes and compression socks.

He added: ‘We are going to America. I am very excited. I can’t wait to see Ollie. ‘I can’t wait for the kids to see Ollie because they haven’t seen him for a few weeks so let the fun begin.’

Ellie Anderson, the stunning wife of Ollie Watkins, who led WAGs to America, admitted the long-haul flight ‘was going to be chaos’.

Ellie captioned the video: ‘And breathe!! The last few weeks have been a lot of organizing, packing, organising, kids and a little bit of partying. We are on the way. I can’t wait for another amazing summer for those lucky ones who can make it.’

Elsewhere, Marcus Rashford’s fiancée Lucia Loi, 28, was settling into life in America as she shared what she picked up in West Palm Beach, including an inspirational book full of quotes and gym shorts.

The couple first started dating when she was 15 and a student at Ashton on Mersey school in Greater Manchester.
