Jury selected for trial of Outback Wrangler Matt Wright over claims he attempted to pervert the course of justice

Famous Croc Wrangler and reality television star Matt Wright was named a jury for the trial.
In the NT High Court, more than 400 people were called to be a potentially part of the jury pool for the trial of Outback Wrangler.
A Netflix and Apple TV star, Mr. Wright, three years ago, his wife and assistant star ‘Wilow’ Wilson’s death following the death of justice claimed to be guilty of three allegations to try to mislead the course.
The 34 -year -old father was killed after hitting a Paperbark swamp on the King River in Arnhem Land on 28 February 2022.
When Mr. Wilson fell, he killed him, and critically injured the 28 -year -old pilot Sebastian Robinson, he was hanging from a Robinson R44 during his mission to collect eggs.
It is claimed that Mr. Wright is trying to endanger the investigation into the helicopter accident three times for seven months.
The number of potential jury members for the hearing fell slightly more than 100 on Wednesday, and the prosecutor Jason Gullaci SC asked the potential jury members to declare any conflict that they could know by knowing that they could have known by Mr. Wright, Mr. Wilson, his wife Dani Wilson, legal teams or potential witnesses.
More than two hours, 53 people told the court why they could not sit in a five -week potential hearing, five of them knew Mr. Wilson or widow women and seven people knew Mr. Wright personally and professionally.
Except for three potential jurys, all of them were dismissed, Justice Blow commented for 90 minutes: “I think we started with 107 jury members, I think we excused half of them and we are still going”.
“The numbers are decreasing, Mr Mr. Gullaci said.
The last jury consisted of four women and eight men with two female reserves.

Justice Blow said that the last jury members are aware of the interest of an important public in the trial that warns that foreign information or rumors not allow this process to affect this process.
Just Justice Blow said that people have seen all kinds of things on social media about this case, ”he said.
“If you have read something about this case in the afternoon, if you have heard or have been said, it is very important that you ignore it.”
