Kansas City woman warned friends day before fatal Family Dollar collapse

A Kansas City woman said that she had repeatedly warned her friends about the sagging façade of a family dollar building in Midtown by seriously injuring another man without collapsing on Sunday, killing a man and seriously injuring another man. Noah Banks, who lives in an apartment opposite the street from the store, said that the building was watched for weeks.
