Karnataka HC directs action against two medical colleges for bypassing KEA in admission to PG course

Instead of accepting the National Medicine Commission (NMC) by the Karnataka Exams Authority (KEA), the Supreme Court of Karnataka directed four students to initiate appropriate measures against the two medical college in order to accept illegally to the postgraduate courses in 2023-24 period.
A section of the DK Singh and Venkatesh Naik T. rejected the petitions opened by four candidates – Tisa Robinson, Ashish Appasabeb Patil, Hemanth Kumar P. – Mangaluru’daki Medical Sciences confessed by the PG Courses by the KGG, KGG confessed by the KGG. Dakshina Sullia in Kannada.
Role of NMC’s defender
The counter also said that the adoption of these four students on September 1 will be accepted because the adoption of these four students was forced to accept these PG seats because they could not fill these PG seats through consultancy.
Since the Council found the submission of NMC’s defender of the Defendant of the NMC (PGMER) 2023, the NMC president directed the president of the NMC to submit a declaration directly about the legality of the acceptance of the assumptions made by the colleges.
NMC made a declaration that clearly revealed that the adoption of petition owners by Kanachur and KVG colleges was accepted before the consulting process envisaged according to PGMER-2023 No.4.3.
NMC should deal with this
“We do not know if the lawyer can make applications against the legal prescription and against the stand of the legal authority.
The counter also pointed out that Kanachur College has a false declaration on the transmission of two chairs in front of the court to the Medical Education Directorate.
