The Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge accused the Indian Election Commission (ECI) of receiving the “most important information” of the Indian Election Commission on Sunday, September 7, 2025, and effectively protected the people behind the claim of “Oy Chori”.
In 2023, Mr. Kharge shared a media report about the attempt to remove the voters by beating Form 7 before the Elections of the Karnataka Assembly, and since he did not share the important data necessary to capture ECI defendants, he went cold.

The Election Commission had no immediate response to the charges, but the survey organ rejected all these allegations by the congress in the past. “ECI now asked BJP’s back office for vote Chori, Mr Mr. Kharge asked.
“Understand the chronology. Before the May 2023 Karnataka elections, the Congress was subjected to a large erasure of the voters: in the field of election zone. Thousands of voters were removed from their rights through a very complex operation of form 7.”
“In February 2023, a lawsuit was filed. Probe 5,994 fake applications – the clear proof of a great attempt to voter fraud. The Congress government later ordered a CID investigation to capture criminals.
“But here’s the bending: Although ECI has already shared the documents required to watch forgery, now it has grone important information – Oy is effectively protecting the people behind Chori!” Said Mr. Kharge said. Neden Why ECI suddenly blocked vital evidence, ”he asked.
“Who is protecting? BJP’s vote Chori department? He said the congress chief. “The individual’s right to vote needs to be protected, Khar Kharge and Indian democracy should be protected.
