Key moments of police bodycam footage

Southampton student Henry Nowak, 18, was handcuffed after being stabbed by 23-year-old Vickrum Digwa, who lied to police at the scene claiming he was the victim of a racist attack.
Digwa was sentenced to at least 21 years in prison.
Nowak’s parents said they held Digwa solely responsible for their son’s murder, but that the police’s treatment of him was inhumane and degrading. Hampshire police have apologized to Henry’s family and the case has now been referred to the Independent Office for Police Conduct.
