Kim Kardashian reveals brain aneurysm was caused by stress in health scare

Kim Kardashian is opening up about a major health issue.
In a preview clip for Season 7 of Hulu’s “The Kardashians,” the Skims founder, 45, revealed that her doctors discovered a brain aneurysm during an MRI scan.
In the clip, Kim is seen getting an MRI and later telling her family, “There was a small aneurysm.”

As for the cause of the aneurysm, Kim said: “[The doctors] They were like, ‘It’s just stress.’ “
According to the Mayo Clinic, a brain aneurysm is “a bulge or bubble in a blood vessel in the brain. If a brain aneurysm leaks or ruptures, it causes bleeding in the brain, known as a hemorrhagic stroke.”
Although brain aneurysms are common, most “are not serious, especially if they are small. Most brain aneurysms do not rupture.”
After sharing the news, an emotional Kim was seen discussing her divorce from ex Kanye “Ye” West.

Kardashian and West married in 2014 and finalized their divorce in 2022.
In 2021, Khloé Kardashian revealed that Kim was having trouble in her marriage to the rapper.

“Kim has been struggling privately about her relationship behind the scenes, and it’s hard because Kim is clearly channeling her frustration, sadness, and anger,” he confessed during an episode of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.” “Sometimes, you just take out things that have nothing to do with what you’re experiencing.”
“Kim is literally one of the most incredible people ever and she tries to protect their union at all costs, but it’s hard when you carry that responsibility on your shoulders and I just want her to take care of herself too,” he said.
“The Kardashians” season 7 premiered on Hulu on October 23.
