Kirk Herbstreit remembers Brett James: ‘He was a legend’

Authorities confirmed on Friday that Country Music fans mourned the loss of Grammy award -winning songwriter Brett James, who died in a plane crash in North Carolina. He was 57 years old.
James’s Long lyrics loans include Carrie Underwood’s Hit “Jesus, wheel”.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) collapsed in a preliminary report with three people in the afternoon of Thursday afternoon “under unknown conditions”. North Carolina State Highway Patrol, said there were no survivors.
According to the information provided by FAA, James was in a Cirrus SR22T, which was registered to him under the legal name of Brett James Cornelius. It was not known whether the pilot was. North Carolina State Highway Patrol confirmed his death.

Espn College Football Chief Analyst Kirk Herbstreit for a long time was among those who paid tribute to James. Herbstreit described James as an incredible person.
“Did I get the news about a text that Brett was in a plane crash last night and did not do. Living in Nashville, I was very lucky to meet many amazing people … Brett was definitely like this – one of the most talented and yet humble and lower world men,” He wrote on x.
The plane had left the John C. Tune Airport in Nashville. FAA and National Transportation Security Board, said they will investigate the accident.

In 2020, James entered the Nashville Song Writers Honor List. The organization issued a statement mourning his death.

Herbstreit added that James took the stage a few years ago during the birthday celebration. He said that his heart was broken due to tragic events that led to James’ death.
“He was a legend as a songwriter and one of the most respected people in that town. Casey Beathard – Sang with such a good man. He sang with such a good man. Only heartbreaking – my thoughts and prayers, my family and friends when they deal with this unthinkable reality.”

According to Grand Ole Oprry Biography Online, James’ songs of more than 500 songs of more than 110 million copies of combined sales were recorded for albums.
Other artists who sing their songs include Faith Hill, Kelly Clarkson, Luke Bryan, Keith Urban and Meghan Trainor.

Country singer Jason Aldean honored James and thanked him for having a deep impact on his life. “His heart was broken to hear the loss of my Tonight friend Brett James,” Aldean sent it to X.
James recorded his own album in 2020.
