President Trump will attend NBA Finals Game 3
Fox News’ Kayleigh McEnany reports on President Donald Trump’s plans to attend Game 3 of the NBA Finals in New York City. Trump, a lifelong Knicks fan, was personally invited by NBA Commissioner Adam Silver and expressed excitement at the president’s attendance, underscoring shared interests. The episode also highlights President Trump’s attendance at numerous major sporting events during his time in office and his plans to host a UFC fight at the White House on June 14.
There is no doubt that President Donald Trump has a tendency to divide the room, to say the least.
That will be the case on Monday when he heads to Madison Square Garden for Game 3 of the NBA Finals between the San Antonio Spurs and the New York Knicks.
But there is at least one player who seems a little excited about the prospect of playing in front of the commander in chief.

A TikTok started circulating with Knicks center Mitchell Robinson joking that he would play extra hard with Trump in attendance.
Great video but it looks like like that That’s what Robinson, a second-round pick out of Western Kentucky in 2018 and who has spent his entire career with the Knicks, plans to do.
He commented on the video and said it was basically about money.
Dude, flag emoji and everything.
HE like that fired.
Whether you’re a fan of the president or not, it seems like it’ll be hard not to be.
You’re playing on the biggest stage the NBA has to offer (yes, still bigger than the in-season tournament) for one of the league’s most popular teams in one of the most talked-about Finals games in years.

As if that wasn’t enough to attract attention, let’s add the President of the United States to the equation.
There is a correct response in this situation and, like Robinson, action must be taken.
What you don’t want is a player who gets nervous about all this attention or says “Is the President here? Then I’ll tell him how I feel about ICE” because you want players to focus on the game and not score political brownie points.

As for how Trump will be received by fans at MSG, that’s anyone’s guess.
