Kremlin says British and French arsenals must ultimately be part of nuclear disarmament talks

(Reuters) -Trategic nuclear weapons should be held first between Russia and the United States, but Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Sunday.

If Peskov’s words do the same thing in the United States, when it ends next year, it comes to the United States to voluntarily maintain the boundaries of strategic nuclear weapons set in the New Weapon Control Treaty for a year.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said Putin’s proposal was “quite good”, but the problem was up to US President Donald Trump. US President, Russia and China with nuclear weapons with nuclear weapons, he said.

“Naturally, we must start negotiations at a bilateral level. A new start is a binary document.” He said.

Russia and the United States have the largest nuclear arsenal in the world. The new beginning is the number of strategic nuclear war heads deployed in 1,550, and delivery tools on both sides – missiles, submarines and bombardment planes – number.

France and Britain, who have never been a new start or pioneering treaties, have a much smaller ammunition between the heading of 250 to 300 war each.
