A worker mayor faces calls to resign after allegedly destroyed a flag carrying Union Jack from a lamp.
Mayor of the Ripley Municipal Assembly Colin Bailey, a Derbyshire District Council street lamp by removing the red and white flag allegedly caught CCTV. It is unclear whether it is a British flag or the day of remembering.
