Lachie Neale moves out of family home once shared with wife Jules Neale following drama with Tess Crosley

Lachie Neale has moved out of the Brisbane home he shares with wife Jules following their very public split.
Lachie, a two-time AFL premiership winner with the Brisbane Lions, appeared dispirited as he directed movers to move furniture to his new home on Monday.
Photographed in a simple white T-shirt, black gym shorts and sandals, Lachie appeared to be chatting with movers while also carrying electrical equipment into the house.
The former Brisbane captain, who quit last week, confirmed he and Jules were “now separated” after seven years of marriage.
“While I won’t go into detail, I can say that I have let my family down, and I apologize for my actions that have disappointed those closest to me,” he said.
“I’m so sorry about this.”
Jules, who hails from WA, is believed to have returned to Perth with the couple’s children – 4-year-old Piper and 1-year-old Freddie – after he was seen moving furniture from the former couple’s family home in Seven Hills, east of Brisbane.
The five-bedroom house, which Neales bought for $2.43 million in July 2022, has an open living layout with a large backyard and pool and was described by Lachie as a “little retreat” and a potential “forever home” in an interview with the Courier Mail in April last year.
“We can definitely see ourselves staying in Queensland and Brisbane,” he said in the interview.
It’s unclear what the former couple plans to do with the property following their separation.
The confirmed split comes after Jules denied rumors that she and Lachie were “working” on their marital problems and instead posted an impassioned statement on Instagram on December 20, 2025, revealing an infidelity.

“I would like to make it clear that I am not ‘working’ on anything,” he said in the statement.
“I was betrayed in the most unimaginable way.
“All I can do right now is try to heal and do what’s best for my kids.”
Tess Crosley, the woman at the center of the Neale split, has not removed any photos of herself with Jules or Lachie, despite Jules unfollowing her former friend on Instagram.
Just days before news broke about Neales’ marital drama, Jules commented on Ms Crosley’s post, which featured a photo of her and husband Ben getting cozy with Neales after the 2025 AFL Grand Final.
“Remove these (photos)…” the comment read.

Mrs Crosley has since posted a carousel of photos on Boxing Day of her son celebrating the holiday season, with comments turned off.
It was noted that Mrs. Crosley’s husband was not on duty.
