Laughing just once a day can cut risk of depression, study finds

Laughs are usually said to be the best medicine, alleviating all the problems that may come to our way.
And there may be some facts in the claim – scientists significantly reduce the risk of development of depression while finding a belly laughing day.
In a study, 32,000 adults were observed for six years to see the effects of laughter on the mood.
They were asked how often they were giggling loudly, and this was compared with the next depression.
The more people laugh the results, the lower the risk of subsequent diagnosis.
It was 49 percent higher, the chance of being able to develop depression at 26 percent, at 26 percent, to do this at 26 percent a week.
It is unclear how laughing can prevent depression, but it is thought that stress hormone cortisol depends on low levels.
It also increases the immune system and reduces inflammation – the main cause of many conditions.
Scientists found that a belly rose significantly reduced the risk of development of depression in one day.
Researchers from Nagoya University Faculty of Medicine in Japan wrote the following in the Journal of Angers: ‘We have seen that the participants who never laugh in their daily lives have doubled from the laughing almost every day.
