LeBron James urged to sign with the 76ers for a ring this offseason

The sports world is awaiting LeBron James’ decision on where he will sign in the NBA offseason.
If the rumors are true, James will choose between the Golden State Warriors, Miami Heat, Cleveland Cavaliers and Philadelphia 76ers. He spent the last eight years with the Los Angeles Lakers, leading the team to a championship in a season affected by the coronavirus pandemic.

Iman Shumpert, one of James’ teammates on the Cavaliers, gave his opinion on where he should sign.
“If it’s about a ring, go to Philly,” he said. “Shump Street” podcast. “If it’s about selling tickets to Miami. If it’s about finishing your career the way it should be, go to Cleveland. Just don’t try to be happy about a win in Cleveland because you’re not going to win there. You’re not going to be happy. It’s about the return tour. It’s not about winning. Don’t you dare go there thinking you’re going with the winners.”

“I don’t know what happened to them during the playoffs, don’t do it. I was on a team with LeBron, when he got frustrated and felt like he was going through too much. He’s going to start shipping stuff from there, man. LeBron works for UPS, I’m telling y’all.”
It’s unclear when James will make his decision. It’s also unclear what James is really looking for in a team and how long he’ll play for this organization.
He proved that he can still play at a high level. However, he will be 42 at the end of the year and the life he is accustomed to on the field could be disrupted at any time.

Last season, James started 60 games for the Lakers. He averaged 20.9 points, 6.1 rebounds and 7.2 assists per game. He left Los Angeles during the offseason.
