A spokesperson for London Fire Brigade told The Express: “We are present alongside our colleagues in the emergency service to an incident at Kings Cross Station where a person was on the roof of the station.

“Today, at 08.42, the Brigade was called and a fire truck, fire rescue team and a 32-meter spiral staircase were sent to the scene.

“The incident is currently ongoing.”
