London protest LIVE: Palestine Action swarm Trafalgar Square and clash with police | UK | News

While pro-Palestinian protesters clashed with police in London’s Trafalgar Square, many people were detained. Before arrests were made on Saturday, April 11, around 100 police gathered in Trafalgar Square and approached the protest in rows.

While many protesters were dragged through the crowd, one woman asked for a rest while being escorted out. Bystanders were heard shouting “stop hurting women” as the Met Police held him to the ground for several seconds before proceeding with the arrest.
