LoP status: Jagan Mohan might go to courts, but I will not do anything out of fear: Speaker Ayyanna 

Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly President Ayanna boss, YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) President and former prime minister of the state, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, said that he was free to appeal the rejection of his objection for the opposition status in the courts, but he could not do anything from fear because he was limited to the rules and arrangements.

Jagan Mohan Reddy would only be a lop if YSRCP had enough numbers at home. “It should not be ignored that YSRCP is only 11 mla,” he said.

On Thursday, September 25, 2025, the Mr. Boss made a brief statement during a discussion on the law and order in the Assembly, and that Mr. Mohan Redyin continued in the parliament and restricting the participation of other YSRCP MLAs in sessions, he said.

He said that victory and defeat are widespread, and even major leaders such as Indira Gandhi and Nt Rama Rao were subjected to mishaps in the elections.

The speaker remembered that politicians should represent 60 parliamentary elections in the state of Andhra Pradesh in 1978 under the rule of the Swatantra Party, such as Sardar Goutha Latchanna.

Latchanna was given a lop recognition at that time because his party had the necessary power. However, after leaving a few MLA’s party, he resigned and said he was no longer suitable for remaining lop. This was the value -based policy that Andhra Pradesh saw.

“Here is a leader [Jagan Mohan Reddy] Despite the inadequate numbers in the Assembly, despite the party status, demanding lop status. He should remember that I am dependent on the rules. ”Mr Baudu advised the YSRCP chief and reminded him that he and his party leaders were responsible to their voters.
