The drivers faced delays in the M25 near Watford after a vehicle broke down and led to the closure of two strips. The strips were closed in the opposite direction to the clock direction between the 21 and 20 intersections.

The fault was first reported by the National Highways around 7 am. Long delays were warned on the motorway.
