M5 traffic LIVE: Motorway closed with all cars stopped near Weston-super-Mare | UK | News
The full statement from Avon and Somerset Police is as follows:
“At 7.51pm we received a report that a lorry traveling on the northbound carriageway of the M5 motorway between junctions 21 (Weston-super-Mare) and 20 (Clevedon) collided with the central reservation before leaving the southbound carriageway.
“No other vehicles were involved in the crash and no serious injuries were reported, but one man was taken to hospital.
“Officers attended the incident along with their emergency service colleagues and one lane of each carriageway was closed while they responded. “Officers left the scene.
“Witnesses should call 101 quoting reference number 5226212922.”
