M60 closure RECAP: Manchester motorway shuts and traffic at standstill | UK | News

National Highways said road users are advised to follow the solid diamond guidance symbol on road signs if traveling clockwise:

– Leave M60 clockwise on J22

– At Junction M60 J22/A62 turn left onto the A62 northbound onto Manchester Road/Manchester Street

– At Manchester Street Roundabout turn right (through the roundabout) and continue on the A62 Oldham Road

– Keep left to access King Street Roundabout on the A627

– Take the fourth exit onto the A627 Ashton Road

– Continue at the A6140/A6043 junction, turn right onto the A6140 westbound (Wellington Street)

– At the A6140 (Lord Sheldon Way) junction turn left onto the A6140 (Moss Way) southbound

– Turn right on the A6140/M60 J23 onto the M60 J23 clockwise entrance slip road and rejoin the M60
