Madhya Pradesh court orders registration of FIR in Jabalpur boat tragedy that killed 13 people

Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) DP Sutrakar said the “failure” of the cruise ship driver and other crew members to make any effort to save the drowned passengers amounted to attempt to commit culpable homicide.
