Man arrested after trying to charge truck driver three times original price
El Paso, Texas (KTSM) -El Paso County Sheriff Office is accused of deceptive business practices and property theft after allegedly trying to get a 29-year-old man for repairing a truck driver.
29 -year -old Johnny Justin Flores was arrested on Thursday (September 18th) and faced a total of $ 15,000 bonds and charges of deceptive business practices and property theft.
