Man arrested after woman stabbed to death in Victoria’s south-west
On Saturday morning, a woman was arrested after her death wounds in a house in the rural southwest of Victoria.
The police were called to Colerenine’s Pilleau Street, after reports that a woman was stabbed at around 1.10 o’clock.
The officers came and found the wounded woman, but died at the scene.
The murder team’s detectives went to Coleain, about 35 kilometers northwest of Hamilton on Saturday to investigate the conditions of the death of the woman.
A Colerain man was arrested and an interview with the detectives about the death.

Victoria police spokesman said the man was known by the deceased woman.
