Muslims in Australia, which rises from bomb threats to mosques and schools to mosques and schools, are inviting the government to take Islamophobia seriously.

More than 50 suggestions to combat prejudice were summarized by the private ambassador in a turning point report to fight Islamophobia Aftab Malik.

These include the entry into force of Federal Religious Freedom Laws, the update of the legislation of religious discrimination and the effort to “create a fair, respectful and inclusive environment”.

However, some advocates say that they should not have an expert ambassador roles and that the way to appeal to racism would be to stem the Human Rights Commission sufficiently.

The Australian Palestinian advocacy network says that anti -Palestinian racism and report findings are deeply linked, but this is not recognized.

“The Australian government has failed by restricting the focus of Islamophobia through the Islamophobia ambassador, but has deliberately ignoring and rejecting the racism and discrimination of the common-palesty,” he said.

“This rejection itself is a form of racism because it denies the recognition of the Palestinians, security and justice.”

Mr. Malik’s report on Friday with Prime Minister Anthony Arnavut comes after a man’s alleged bomb deception at the Gold Coast Mosque and after receiving a bomb threat that forces the evacuation of hundreds of students and staff in Brisbane.

The Islamophobia registry said that Queensland -based General Manager Nora Amath felt that Muslims were targeted and scared against the ground of the last anti -immigrant rallies.

“We see an increase in intensity,” AAP said.

“For the first time, we see physical attacks in a row and bomb threats in a row.”

Dr Amath said that fear united with themselves or other women for Muslim women.

“They are seen as easy goals that are weak and vulnerable due to the obedient and wrong declarations they are crushed,” he said.

Malik, Islamophobic events recorded by November 2024 150 percent increased since 2023’yle “rapidly increased”, he said.

Muslim women and girls, three -quarters of all the victims of Islamophobia, three -fifth of physical attacks and reported every target of spitting events.

Most of the perpetrators were men.

One of all three Australians expressed negative opinions about Muslims, Found research.

The authority said that he was in the Albanian and his government to take the suggestions seriously, “This is not just lip service”.

The Australian Muslim Defense Network was more critical by saying that the government did not share the reason for forming the roles of Islamophobia and anti-Semitism ambassador, but welcomed the proposals.

The network supported new measures to take hate crimes more seriously without expanding crimes and police forces or restricting free speech.

“The proposal of creating independent examination panels to improve the form of policing of hate crimes is a positive step,” Network said.

“All communities deserve to protect equal protection from hatred, and applying different standards creates injustice in a multicultural society.”
