Man charged for alleged indecent act while watching children in park

A 43-year-old Toronto man has been charged with indecent act and fail to comply with probation order following an alleged incident on Wednesday.

Toronto Police said officers responded to a call at 1:42 p.m. in the Blantyre Ave.-Parkland Rd. area where the accused was allegedly committing an indecent act while watching children play at a park.

John Paul Vosu was arrested and charged. Investigators believe there may be more victims.

VOYEUR SOUGHT BY TORONTO COPS
Toronto Police are requesting the public’s help identifying a suspect in a voyeurism probe.
Cops said that on July 23 around 11:30 a.m., a man was observed loitering in a clothing store in the Yonge and Shuter Sts. area.
It’s alleged a man entered a change room area with multiple rooms in a retail store and while there, he watched a woman changing from outside one of the rooms before fleeing the store.

The suspect is described as having a medium build and wearing a twill grid shirt, dark pants, and brown dress shoes.

MAN ACCUSED OF SEXUALLY ASSAULTING CHILD AT CNE
A 52-year-old man has been charged after he was accused of sexually assaulting a child at the CNE.
Toronto Police said that on Wednesday the accused was at Exhibition Place in the Princes’ Blvd. and Ontario Dr. area when he allegedly sexually assaulted a child.
Cao Quoc Vo, 52, of Toronto, was charged with sexual interference with a person under 16 years of age and sexual assault.
Police are concerned there may be more victims.

COPS PROBE HAMILTON SHOOTING
A 21-year-old Hamilton man has been charged in connection with an Aug. 3 shooting on Gibson Ave.-King St. area of Hamilton.
Hamilton Police said the shooting did not result in any injuries, and investigators have not yet identified the intended victim.
Police are urging the victim to come forward and speak with investigators.
On Tuesday, detectives arrested Marques Griffiths and charged him five firearm-related charges and two counts each of fail to comply with probation order and fail to comply with release order.
