Man held for revealing rape survivor’s identity

Kochi City Cyber ​​Police arrested a 39-year-old man for allegedly revealing the identity of a rape survivor on social media. Jinu K. Koshy, alias Jinu Kunjumon, of Mannoor near Kottarakkara, was arrested for posting content on YouTube and Facebook leading to the identification of the survivor, in a case registered at Vanitha police station, Kochi City. The defendant was arrested for this crime. The accused was arrested by a team led by Inspector Shammerkhan.
