Man killed on Brisbane work site in Tingalpa
A man has died after being hit by a car at a construction site in Brisbane.
Paramedics were called to the industrial site on Wynnum Road in Tingalpa at around 6.40am on Friday.
One person was treated at the scene for life-threatening injuries but later died.
Police arrived at the scene and said the incident was considered a workplace incident.
Workplace Health and Safety Queensland has been notified and the circumstances surrounding the worker’s death will be investigated.
