Man who encouraged woman to kill herself sentenced

A man was sentenced to encouraging a vulnerable woman who met online to kill himself again and over again and persistently.
23 -year -old Tyler Webb, the unnamed woman for his own “sexual satisfaction” before asking to harm him before asking the victim on social media.

Later, he asked him to send pictures of the injuries and heard that he would use them with his own sexual pleasure.
WebB then encouraged him to kill him and told him to perform a video call attempt to watch.
During a 44 -minute call on July 2 last year, WebB made a constant effort to end his life, and when he appeared, he said he would prevent further contact with him.
The next day he informed the police what happened and was arrested at his home on 10 July.
In a statement of a victim’s effect, the woman who was read to court by the prosecution said: “He tried to kill me with his words, not with his hands.”
“This encouraging serious self -harm and suicide.
“It was not a mistake of Tyler. Psychological violence was calculated.
He continued: “He did not harm himself while passing, told me what to do and how to do.”
In a statement, Webb added that “ruthlessly by the election” and “there is no turmoil when I was tortured”.
“In this world, there will be no second that I don’t have to live with the pain of what happened,” he said.
The court was told that WebB had been a “severe” autistic disorder, border personality disorder, anxiety and depressive disorder.
Defense lawyer Joey Kwong told the court that WebB has “struggled significantly” with mental health throughout his life, but after being transferred from prison, “finally” is being treated in the hospital.
The court also heard that Webb had not been convicted before and that it was a good character before. He also received full loan for criminal satisfaction.
