Manny Machado, Padres slugger, records 2,000th career hit

San Diego Padres star Manny Machado reached a large milestone on Monday night and recorded his 2,000th career with Sharp Diamondbacks Shortstop Geraldo Perdomo.

The historical moment came to Machado from Zac Gallen, the fourth starting starting from the crowd of Petco Park.

All -Star Slugger was first selected for the first time for the 1.999 stroke and added a solo house in the eighth – 15th of the season and 357.
Machado was the fifth active player who reached 2,000 strokes and 297th in MLB and was the 12th player who had 350 home running and 2,000 hit until the age of 32.


Machado said, “It is absolutely better to do in front of the crowd of home.” He said. “I hope there’s more.”
Mike Shildt, the director of Padres, praised success: “Wow, he’s literally hatred. What a success. He won him.”
Machado, who left Orioles in 2012, recorded 977 strokes and Dodgers in Baltimore before joining Padres in 2019. Currently with San Diego, he took 950 hit and ranked fifth on the all -time list of the club’s franchise icon Tony Gwynn (3.141).

Although Padres fell 3-6 to Arizona, Machado’s night came to the fore as a person to remember.
