Mark Latham accused of ‘slut-shaming’ former partner, a court was told

Mark Latham was accused of “shaking slut” while fighting him to stop his rough online publications.

In July, Nathalie May Matthews applied for a aggravated violence order (AVO) against Mr. Latham.

He is also looking for a temporary domestic violence order against him to prevent him from talking online.

Matthews, his lawyer, told his lawyer to court on Wednesday.

“This causes his big trouble.”

The statement pushed Susan Horan to give a warning on his language to Bay Skinner.

Horan said, “I will ask you to watch your own language in my court,” Horan said.

“There’s really no other way to put it, but I’m sorry, and I won’t use it again, Skin Skinner replied.

A lawyer who appeared in the name of Mr. Latham said he could not participate because he was a parliamentary day, and he had no instructions to allow a temporary decision in Advo.

Bay Skinner argued that it was a “solid foundation to support the temporary order, but the peace judge Horan said that Mr. Latham’s lawyers should not make a decision and probably not get instructions because Mr. Latham could not get instructions because he was in budget forecasts.

Mr. Skinner tried to claim that Mr. Latham had already made a statement he claimed to claim that his relationship with Mrs Matthews claimed to be a “situation ..

Skinner calls my client with my client to a situation rather than a relationship, but this is clearly a relationship based on his own evidence, ”he said.

The problem stopped until 12 o’clock to decide on a hearing date for Ara Advo.

Ms. Matthews’ lawyer also sought an out -of -publication order expected to be discussed in October.

“Mr. Skinner is making an out -of -publication… Is the horse not bolt already on this issue?” Miss Horan asked.

Ms. Matthews claimed that Mr. Latham abused him in the original Avo application and forced him to humiliating sex, but the exact allegations were not released by the court and no criminal charges were filed by the NSW police.

Mr. Latham rejected the allegations and a court was previously told that Mr. Latham aimed to fight them.

Many of the latest online publications gathered around Ms. Matthews’ claims and subsequent media reports.

Firstly, the allegations reported in Australia were followed by separate accusations that Mr. Latham sent sexually open messages from parliamentary chambers, sex actions in the parliament office and secretly photographed female colleagues.

The independent MLC refused to violate the rules of parliament and was not accused of officially misleading.

Last month, he apologized to two parliamentarians and claimed that he did not have any information about the sex actions video of his alleged sex actions in his office in the NSW Parliament.
