Married NYC lawyer, 45, is SUSPENDED from his job after he was caught smooching with underling, 29, in Central Park
A top New York City lawyer who was caught kissing one of his subordinates on a bench in Central Park has been suspended from his firm, it has been revealed.
Nathaniel D Cullerton, partner at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, has been placed on leave pending an investigation. to a now-viral video of herself and colleague Kelsey Borenzweig. Finance Times reported.
The 45-year-old married lawyer and 29-year-old Borenzweig were caught together in the shadows of Billionaires Row by TikTok comedian Jay Guapo, who shared the clip with his 3.5 million followers last week. It is not clear when the video was shot.
Cullerton was one of six Wachtell partners expected to challenge Gibson Dunn in the near future.
However, sources close to the issue told the newspaper that he was dismissed after the video.
It’s unclear whether Borenzweig is also under investigation for the video.
Both Cullerton and Borenzweig’s attorney profiles remained active on Wachtell’s website as of Tuesday morning.

Cullerton looked consumed with passion as she kissed Borenzweig, one of Wachtell’s employees, in the park.
Both worked in the firm’s litigation department and this spring helped OpenAI boss Sam Altman defeat a civil lawsuit filed by Elon Musk.
The kiss took place at the western edge of Central Park, about 30 blocks south of the co-op where Cullerton reportedly lives with his wife, Moira Penza, 42, on Manhattan’s Fifth Avenue.
Guapo was seen scolding the duo and hissing, “Get a room.” ‘The kids are watching.’
When Borenzweig and Cullerton realized their meeting was being filmed, they tried to push him away and turn off his camera. HE He walked towards Guapo and forcefully said, ‘Put down the phone,’ but it didn’t work.
