Kuwait air defenses activated; U.S. carries out new strikes in Iran

Kuwait’s air defenses were activated Thursday in response to “hostile missile and drone threats,” according to a post from the armed forces on X.
It was not stated in the post where the attacks came from, but it was stated that the explosion sounds heard were the result of air defense systems blocking the attacks.
This comes as tensions in the Middle East escalate once again, a US official said. I’m telling MS NOW On Wednesday, it was reported that the military carried out new attacks in Iran overnight.
The attacks targeted military territory in the Strait of Hormuz believed to pose a threat to US forces and commercial maritime traffic.
