Multiple people were shot at a food festival in Seattle on Sunday night, sending families running for their lives.
Rapid gunfire rang out around 6 p.m. in Seattle Center, which hosted the Bite of Seattle food festival over the weekend. As the Seattle Times reported.
Initial reports suggest that at least six people were shot, possibly including a child. The victims were then transported to Harborview Medical Center. According to KING 5.

Another video showed how the street festival descended into chaos.
It all started when a guy from Hawaiian Honey Cones was showing off his product at a food festival and asked more people to subscribe to his channel after one of his employees told him “I’m shooting” and went behind the counter.
As the man filming the livestream video responded, ‘He’s getting shot, oh shit,’ people began running, including families with young children.
As the live streamer encouraged others to take cover, what appeared to be five gunshots were heard in the background.
Meanwhile, people were seen trying to escape by overcoming the barriers.

The video then ends with the live streamer telling his employee to take the money and go downstairs.
Paul Skinner, 47, also told the Seattle Times that he had just returned from buying drinks for employees at a Filipino food stand when he heard a series of loud explosions.
‘At first I heard a sound that sounded like fireworks, which was quite loud,’ he recounted.
‘Then the energy changed. Large groups of people began to flock back. ‘I just told our staff to come down.’
Kayla Carris, 22, said she was sitting outside the Armory when the shooting happened and people began rushing to get inside.
“Everyone was throwing things and running,” he told the Seattle Times. ‘Like everyone else.’
Todd Behrends, 59, said he also saw people jumping over others and running to escape.

When Behrends ran out of the exit, he said he saw a woman on the ground and a man on a stretcher.
