Massive Fire Breaks Out at Cotton Mill in Sangareddy

Sangareddy: A major fire broke out in a cotton factory in Turkapadgam village of Kangti Mandal in Sangareddy district. It was reported that the fire broke out due to a short circuit and the flames quickly spread to the cotton stored in the factory.

Fire crews have been fighting the fire for more than three hours, but the intense flames have already destroyed many machines and caused serious material damage. The exact extent of the loss is still being assessed, officials said. No casualties have been reported so far.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the fire and are urging nearby citizens to be careful while firefighting efforts continue.
