Maya shared a dazzling video on TikTok from the gym on Tuesday night, in which she laments being ‘naturally skinny’.
The Love Island presenter suffered horrific food poisoning while away and feels she has lost a lot of weight.
Maya, who showed off her abdominal muscles in her sports bra, explained that she preferred a thicker-looking body, would do weight training and would eat late to fill her stomach.
Maya said: ‘I don’t like it since Ozempic, everyone who is skinny is like Ozempic, Ozempic, Ozempic.
‘Some of us are born marga’ [skinny] and we don’t want to be. We like to go thicker, but it’s hard, so keep that in mind, okay?
‘I know there’s no sympathy for the weak, but… it’s a little hard being here sometimes.’
She continued: ‘My advice to girls trying to win is to lift weights. I’ve gained weight before and I’ll gain it again.
‘And eat late. I don’t know if this is the right advice, but I eat late at night and then I feel like it’s going to stay in my body, so let’s see.’

He said: ‘Squats, push-ups and kickbacks with ankle weights.
‘Squats really work the glutes, which is a must. Push-ups do wonders for my core. I love rebound because they’re great for firming and toning.’
Maya has been doing strength training with her personal trainer Warren Whitely, and the publication writes that regular reformer Pilates at Nobu London is also part of her routine.
He said: ‘I’m in the mood for a bit of a home workout at the moment. ‘Taking the stairs instead of the elevator, dancing around my house, being active wherever possible.’
