MEA Shuts Down Rumours And Rejects Claims of India Suspending US Bilateral Agreements | India News
As the tariff order between India and the United States continues, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MEA), on Sunday, stated that the Indian government examines the list of the United States of the United States, which is exempted from tariffs on social media.
In an article in X, Mea’s real control unit rejected false claims. This comes days after US President Donald Trump signed the executive order that implements revised tariffs for 70 countries, including India and Pakistan.
The tariffs imposed on India’s neighboring countries are less than 25 percent of India, except Myanmar. New tariff for Pakistan 19 percent, Afghanistan 15 percent, Bangladesh 20 percent, Indonesia 19 percent, Japan 15 percent and Sri Lanka 20 percent.

In another article on the Fact-Check Branch, Mea also rejected the allegations that India intends to suspend or review some bilateral agreements with the United States.

Is there no India-US F-35 debate?
Previously, the Minister of Union State (MOS) external affairs Kirti Vardhan Singh informed Lok Sabha with a written reply that there was no official debate about the F-35 fighter plane with the US.
Singh answered questions brought up by Balwant Baswant Wankhade, who questioned his relationship with the United States on military aid.

Trump’s oil agreement with Pakistan
