Meesho to sharpen AI focus as voice search, recommendation tool lift user base

Meesho’s annual transacting user base increased 32% year-on-year to 264 million in the FY26 March quarter, while net product value (NMV) increased 43% to 264 million. ₹11,371 crore as the small-town-focused e-commerce company added new users and repeat purchases from existing customers. Investments in artificial intelligence (AI)-led cataloging and voice agents have helped expand the seller base by 87% to 9.6 lakh in FY26, Meesho chief financial officer Dhiresh Bansal said during the earnings call on Wednesday.
