Meghan Markle speaks about ‘natural next step’ as she issues major update to fans | Royal | News

Meghan Markle has released a new message to her fans as she describes the “next natural step” for her lifestyle brand As Ever. The Duchess of Sussex sent out a new newsletter to customers on Thursday evening, talking about her brand’s latest launch, the 2024 Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.
In addition to restocking some previously out-of-stock items, apricot spread and orange marmalade, As Ever quietly launched new wine last weekend. This statement was somewhat overshadowed by Meghan’s surprise appearance at Paris Fashion Week. Meghan spoke to fans in the newsletter, saying the wine’s release came at “the right time.”
“I am so happy to share this with you – as always, our Sauvignon Blanc is here and it feels like just the right moment,” he said in the newsletter.
“Over this long weekend ahead, I’ve been thinking about every table we’ll gather at, every meal we’ll share, every quiet moment in between. The wine is crisp, effortless, and hopefully one you’ll reach for again and again.”
She added: “After seeing how much love you gave our Rosé, this felt like the natural next step—a white you can keep chilled, ready to pour when friends are over or you just want to enjoy something easy and nice. I hope it becomes one of your favorites, too. As always, Meghan.”
Just like other As Ever wines, Sauvignon Blanc comes in batches of three, six and twelve, with each bottle costing a total of £22 ($30) and £68 ($90), £120 ($159) and £226 ($300).
Alcohol content is 12.5%.
“Our first Sauvignon Blanc is bright and balanced, with citrus aromas, a smooth finish and refreshing versatility,” the brand said on its website.
“Crafted for casual dinners and celebratory gatherings alike, this carefully crafted wine is perfect for sharing, gifting and enjoying in all seasons.”
It comes just hours before the Duchess of Sussex is due to appear in New York with her husband, Prince Harry, so the couple can be rewarded for their humanitarian work.
