Met Forecasts Rain in Hyderabad from August 14

Haydarabad: After days of cloud explosions, Haydarabad had some relief, mid -to -heavy storms are mostly limited to the northeastern regions of the city. Separately, the MET department showed a ‘orange warning’ showing heavy rains on Monday morning.
However, Met estimate is for precipitation between August 14 and August 17, which indicates that the Day of Independence and Krishna Janştami may be wet the day after.
On Sunday, Kapra, Secunderabad, Alwal, Cantonment, Qutbullapur, Uppal, Kukatpally, LB Nagar, Tarnaka and other areas in the northeast belt took moderate rain.
In the early hours of the day, Hyderabad took light and moderate rain between 15: 00-21:30. In the afternoon, moderate rainfall was seen in isolated places in Uppal, Shamshabad, Balapur, Medipally and Rajendranagar.
According to the TaLangana Development Planning Association (TGDPS), UPPAL received the most rainfall within the borders of GHMC at 26.3 mm at 26.3 mm, followed by Bahadurpura with 11.5 mm and 3 mm in Habsiguda.
