Former Prime Minister Scott Morrison told the United States Congress that the Australians were at the risk of “sleeping ve on the security threat of China and warned the United States and allies that they should be ready to suffer economic pain to rely on Beijing.
Morrison, who took part in a congress hearing at the Chinese Communist Party, referred to the survey conducted by the Lowy Institute, which shows that 50 percent of the Australians were “more economical common for Australia ,, while 47 percent of it was“ more security threats ”.

This said that 63 percent were more security threats of China and that 33 percent were more economic partners.
