(Reuters) -A Mexican man, who said that he had avoided arrest for a short time with the help of a Wisconsin judgment, said he agreed to be guilty of entering the United States illegally.

On Monday, the Federal prosecutors in Milwaukee made a defense agreement with 31-year-old Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, and the federal agents solved an illegal re-entry charges against him after asking for his arrest at a Milwaukee Court on 18 April.

At that time, in a battery case, the Milwaukee district appeared before the circuit judge Hannah Dugan, and the prosecutors claimed that Dugan misrepresented the agents and accompanied a side out to help Flores-Ruiz. The officers caught him outside the court.

The judge was later accused of a person he wanted to arrest and accused of blocking and concealment. He claimed he was not guilty.

Flores-Ruiz is planned to appear for a defense hearing on August 4th. According to the Comment Agreement, he faced a maximum of two years of imprisonment and agreed to be deported after his sentence.

His lawyer did not respond to his request for comments immediately. A lawyer for Dugan avoided commenting.

The case against Dugan came after the investigation of local officials who prevented the aggressive immigration sanction of the US Department of Justice, led by Republican President Donald Trump.

According to the claim agreement, Flores-Ruiz was deported in 2013 after the first entry into the United States, and then entered the country illegally.
