Shortly after midnight that morning, Lower Merion Police responded to a home in Wynnewood after someone called 911 and hung up.
Missanelli told officers that he and his fiancee were “fighting” and that he hit his fiancée in the chest, according to arrest records. Police said Missanelli had no visible injuries.
Police later spoke to the fiancee, who claimed that he and Missanelli had argued about her engagement and Missanelli slapped him in the face. Officers said he had a cut on his forehead and his ear was swollen.
